In all the time that television has existed there has been controversy about the overexposure of actors (mostly female) to their youthful fans. Their careers start out with a bubblegum pop image and then as soon as their fan-base grows to over a million the bomb drops; racy photos and videos that leave us flabbergasted.

Everyone remembers the concern parents had when Britney Spears went from Mickey Mouse Club princess to “not that innocent.”
And we can all recognize the semi nude photos taken of Miley Cyrus that were leaked out to the public and even the ones that aired in last years November issue of Marie Claire.
But, this year’s big dispute involves everyone’s favorite singing superstars: the cast of Glee.
Recently, the three ‘main’ characters in the popular TV series – Lea Michele (Rachel Berry), Dianna Argon (Quinn Fabray), and Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson) – were featured in the latest GQ magazine. The photoshoot was meant to promote the show but ended up provoking an angry mob of Parent Clubbers. Now, the question is being asked: is Glee becoming too inappropriate for younger audiences? And when do we say, ‘This is too much’?
Based on these few publicity photos… I would say quite tame compared to videos of Xtina and the like. I must be getting old but I do not understand why every pop star wants to look/behave like a porno star…lol…
I completely agree. These artists have very young fans and while I idolize miss Christina for her exquisite voice her videos are EXTREMELY……..umm….inappropriate. Haha, but sexy.
